As Team Leader for The Windward Real Estate Group. He is responsible for negotiating all contracts, listing properties, communicating with sellers regarding feedback and market conditions, and networking with buyers and other Realtors. He also oversees and reviews the entire marketing program. In business since 1998 in the Real Estate Industry, his expertise lies in his negotiating and marketing skills. Because he has an incredible team, he is available for our clients at all times. As the Team Leader, Enrique lead generates and provides the support the group needs for world class customer service.

She also takes photographs of our listings, creates fliers, and orders the Virtual and Multiple Listing Service (FMLS, MLS) tours, maintaining our multiple websites, and advertising with various newspapers and magazines.
